mike todd cortisone shot

...

I needed this bad... real bad... heel spur. Which lead to "plantar fasciitis "... Never mind all the loose bone chips and torn ligaments. The heel spur is new though, maybe 6 months old. It has pretty much consumed my life the last 2 months. The pain is the only thing on my mind... I go to work, and that helps because I am busy, but the shifts have been really long and thats not good for the foot. I come home and figure out a way to numb the pain... beers and pills and laying on my back with my feet up the wall. And thats all I have done for 6 to 8 weeks, deal with work and the pain in my left foot. I haven't seen anyone or gone out... just work and pain. Today is a good day.

Nice to meet you Dan Dan Feilding... haaaaa, that was on the other day, I loved that part as a kid... still funnny .

Attack In Black...

Ian on bass is one baaad ass looking mother fucker on stage. Amazing live band, super talented the whole band through.

This man here, sweet Jesus, with help from the peanut gallery played Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody":http://www.musicroom.fr/images/catalogue/samples/IMP11857.jpg ... He just walked on stage with an acoustic guitar, sat down and handled business, it was a nice treat. It reminded me of the old billboard on the 406 in welland that said in spray paint "LONG LIVE FREDDY MERCURY" ... IF ANYONE can find a picture of that I will give them a free tee shirt.

"Dallas, Dylan, Dan and Scott":http://www.panacc.org/4guys.jpg killed it.

Later on he did a Son House cover, so what.
